Everybody was very thorough- there were a number of stages to go through (eyes) but it all went pretty much like clock work.
I had in fact asked for this appointment and as an extra (as getting slight headaches) and was fitted in no problem. I am very grateful to the NHS. Great that the epe dept has Sat appointments.

Good.
Even though I arrived 30 mins early. Was given immediate attention. The hospital staff I dealt with were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Some confusion at the ECG section about queueing procedure.

Mr Gangwani was very amazing, professional and excellent surgeon. All the staff treated me with kindness and compassion. Naiwen (HCA) was very nice and very professional.

Directions to eye clinic were clear.
Reception staff very courteous.
Doctor/Assistant who took scan slightly abrupt but thorough, doctor Hagon particularly kind and informative.
